1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TimesheetFairy.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Overview

TimesheetFairy.ai ("TimesheetFairy," "we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by an independent developer based in Minnesota. The Service helps agency professionals turn calendar activity into Harvest-ready timesheet suggestions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this Service.

4. Accounts & Security

You may create an account with email/password credentials. We may also use Google or other OAuth providers for product integrations you choose to connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription & Payment

• The public individual plan is currently free to use.
• We may offer paid pilots, team plans, or subscriptions in the future.
• If you enroll in a paid plan, any recurring charges and billing terms will be presented to you before payment is collected.
• For paid plans, charges recur automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time and access remains available until the end of the current paid period.

6. Use of AI Outputs

TimesheetFairy.ai uses artificial-intelligence models to generate text based on your inputs and templates. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated materials before external or client use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

7. Acceptable Use

• Upload only lawful and authorized data.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.
• Do not interfere with servers, APIs, or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, user interface, and underlying technology remain our property. You retain ownership of your uploaded materials and exported files.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may terminate your subscription or account at any time by canceling your plan.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimesheetFairy and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall be in Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
